Schedule an Appointment
Step 1: Send an email to admin @ drbailetti . com with all of the information requested below.

- Vaccine Consult (60 minutes)
- Vaccine Consult and Support (120 minutes)
- Subsequent Vaccine Consult (20-30 minutes)
- Detox for Kids (60 minutes for existing clients, 120 minutes for new clients)
- Natural Child Info (20 minutes per topic, please list your topics)
- Initial Naturopathic Visit (60-120 minutes)
- Subsequent Naturopathic Visit (20-60 minutes)
- Length of appointment requested:
- 20 minutes ($50)
- 30 minutes ($75)
- 45 minutes ($100)
- 60 minutes ($130)
- 90 minutes ($180)
- 120 minutes ($200)
- Preferred appointment:
- In clinic or by phone (Phone appointments are available for the 1-hour Vaccine Consults, Natural Child Info and some follow-up visits. Long distance calls are toll-free. Dr. Bailetti will be calling you for your scheduled appointment. Please note that you may experience a 15 minute delay in the start of your appointment.)
- Morning or afternoon. Since all appointments are scheduled on Saturdays, please indicate if there is a Saturday in the next 4 weeks that you are unavailable.

Step 2: You will be contacted within 2 business days with the next available appointment times. Please confirm your preference as soon as possible. If you are returning client, go to Step 3. If this is your first visit with Dr. Bailetti, please download the form related to your visit. For Vaccine Consult and Vaccine Consult and Support visits, you will need to send a signed consent form in by fax or email before your appointment will be confirmed. Please send this form in as soon as possible. If your form is not received 7 days before the date of your appointment, your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
Step 3: Check your email account for an 'Appointment Confirmation' email from admin @ drbailetti.com. Once your appointment time has been set and your consent form has been received, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. If you have sent your consent form in and have not recieved an 'Appointment Confirmation' email within 2 business days, please email admin @ drbailetti . com.
Please note:
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are available on Saturdays only. If you require immediate medical assistance, please contact Telehealth Ontario, your nearest Walk-in clinic or Hospital emergency room (see links section for contact information). Dr. Bailetti no longer offers an on-call service.
- Phone consultations are not available for Initial Naturopathic Visits and Vaccine Consult and Support visits.
- Naturopathic receipts will be issued for naturopathic appointments only. This does not include the 1 hour Vaccine Consult or Child Health Info (unless your are already an existing client).
- You may experience up to a 15 minute delay in the start time of your appointment, however, Dr. Bailetti strives to begin all appointments on time.
- Missed appointments and appointments cancelled with little notice (less than 24 hours) are subject to a $50 fee.
- HST/GST applies to all services.
